  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Not at this stage but if you are desperate shoot us a DM on instagram and if we can, we'll try help you out.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    We offer shipping at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide. Free shipping on any order over $100
  • Do you accept wholesale orders?
    One day we will! If you're super keen in stocking our product please shoot us an email hello@pearandson.com and we can have a chat about it.
  • What is your sizing like?
    We know kids grow all too quickly, so our sizes are on the standard to more generous side - we think it's better to be slightly larger than too small! Be sure to check out the product info under each style to see what we think about each fit.
  • What is your refund policy?
    A lot of love goes into the curation of each Pear & Son piece, so we want you to love them as much as we do. If you change your mind, or an item isn't right you can simply request a return for a refund or exchange for full priced purchases. We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind on Sale purchases, our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations for faulty items. All returns must be in the original condition as sent; the item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not refund delivery costs for returns and exchanges unless an item is faulty or if your order has been cancelled. Pear & Son is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact hello@pearandson.com and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.
